ECE Offshore to install submarine power cables for Red Sea Project

ECE Offshore has been awarded a contract for the installation of three submarine power cables connecting three island that are part of the Red Sea Project in KSA. The scope includes:

• Mobilisation of cable lay vessel and trenching support vessel
• Installation of 56km of submarine power cable including six shore landing operations
• Pre-lay grapnel run operations
• Bathymetric / pre-lay survey
• Post lay cable burial
• Articulated pipe installation

Installation of the cables will find place in Q4 2022.
